Antonio Nappi
Antonio Nappi holds a degree in Law from the University of Salerno and is a qualified lawyer in good standing with the Italian Law Society of Cosenza. He has attended the Espedito Claudio Cristofaro Notary practice and the Notary School of Naples. He specializes in Inheritance Law and Commercial Law. In the course of his practice, Antonio has dealt with complex inheritance issues relating to estates, legacy and usufruct matters. He assists clients in the fields of estate law, contracts, civil responsibility, industrial, employment and commercial law and credit claims.
Luca Gencarelli
Luca Gencarelli was born in Canada and moved to Italy in 1981. Luca graduated in Law at the University of Bologna and holds a post-graduate diploma in Legal professions from the Istituto E. Redenti in Bologna. Luca is a member in good standing of the Italian Law Society of Cosenza. Luca also acts on behalf of the Court in Cosenza as legal guardian representing individuals deemed to lack legal capacity and in the administration of unclaimed estates. He deals mainly with civil law, commercial law and employment law, and works throughout Italy availing himself of the collaboration of other law firms. Luca has acquired experience in inheritance matters and provides legal assistance to Canadian citizens and residents on inheritance issues in Italy, and also provides legal opinion on Italian legislation.
Frank Lento
Frank Lento was born in Italy and as a child emigrated with his family to Canada in the 1960s. He is the principal of Lento Professional Corporation, a Toronto Law firm. Frank is in his third decade of practicing law. He is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and holds a Master of Laws. Frank is a civil litigator and has experience in a wide range of legal areas, including family law, employment law, construction lien matters, estate litigation, commercial litigation, and partnership disputes. He is a litigator who over the years has had the opportunity to act for both individuals and companies and brings to any matter a practical focused approach gained from decades providing legal advice. Frank also acts as general counsel to a number of business organizations in Ontario. Frank is fluently bilingual in English and Italian. He travels extensively to Italy and has over the years acted for many individuals and companies in Italy who had dealings in Canada and has assisted Canadians who needed help in navigating the Italian legal system.

Marco Paolo Lento
Marco Paolo Lento has more than 10 years of hands-on business management experience and seven years in public administration. He is our Italian liaison with government authorities, and experts retained on behalf of our clients in Italy. He oversees our network of local experts such as appraisers, architects, and engineers and facilitates day to day operations.
