Who we are

It started with Frank, a Canadian lawyer born in Italy and Luca, an Italian lawyer born in Canada. 

We met in 2008 to work on behalf of an Italian Canadian man who had property in Italy and wished to make arrangements for his estate in Italy.

We’ve continued to work together ever since. We’ve assisted Canadians with succession issues in Italy, with buying property in Italy, and generally navigating the Italian legal system. We offer our clients the opportunity of dealing with two established legal practices who are familiar with each other’s legal jurisdiction and have the ability to explain to our clients in an understandable form how to address and resolve their legal problems in Italy. Whether it is drafting power of attorneys or notary certificates, searching for a lost will in Italy, making sense of a family estate in Italy or taking on a litigation matter in Italy, we have the experience and the history to ensure that our clients are properly served.
